The organisers of the 2026 Transport Technology Forum Conference in Leicestershire are asking for intelligent transport innovators to nominate their proven, commercially available services and rapidly emerging solutions that can be demonstrated at the event.
TTF Live returns to the Leonardo Hotel, Hinkley on 16-18 March 2026, with a programme of conference sessions, an exhibition and networking opportunities.
This year there will also be live demonstrations showcasing connected vehicle services in real-world operation, and companies are being asked to demonstrate solutions that align with the Department for Transport’s Connected Vehicle Services Framework. The demonstration audience will be a range of local authorities alongside representatives from the Department for Transport.
The addition of demonstrations to the conference follows a series of TTF demonstration days at the UTAC Proving Ground in Millbrook, Bedfordshire, which showcased a wide range of connected vehicle solutions in the real world. At TTF Live, demonstrations will be held on the perimeter road of the conference hotel, meaning more people can see for themselves just how advanced technological solutions can be embraced to solve the challenges they face.
The solutions could be around Safety and Emergency, Traffic Management, In-Vehicle Experience and Convenience, Support for Authorities and Fleet and Logistics. To propose a demonstration, click here.
The event will also include discussions around how technology is solving road transport challenges, details of the government’s priorities and policies and the funding landscape, and share examples of best practice around digital solutions, cybersecurity and collaboration. Delegates will also hear updates on the important work being carried out by the TTF Interest Groups.
Working with the Local Council Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG), the TTF is again offering fully-funded places for local authority representatives from across the UK.
Bookings are now open. Visit the website to find details of sponsorship and exhibitor packages and the registration form to apply for local authority fully-funded places which include a delegate pass, hotel accommodation and catering and refreshments.
