The parking and kerbside management company AppyWay’s appointed two more people to its Board and signed another as an adviser to, as it puts it, “further support AppyWay’s mission to empower cities with a data-driven platform”.
It’s hired Amazon veteran Ron Kornfeld and promoted CTO John Fogelin to its Board and added Geert-Jan Kistemaker from Delphi to its Advisory Board.
CEO and Founder Dan Hubert says “Digitising a very analogue and siloed industry such as parking takes a lot of strategic thinking, patience and proof points. Having additional big thinkers and seasoned executioners joining the AppyWay team is incredibly exciting as they all add tremendous experience and mutual passion needed to crack the current kerbside status quo and unlock sustainable mobility.”
