Blackpool Council has released a unique framework open to all Local Council Roads Improvement Group (LCRIG) members.
The framework attempts to ‘level the playing field and opens up opportunities for SMEs to drive innovation by making things faster, cheaper and better for long term economic benefit.
The Council is seeking to appoint up to 16 Suppliers to a Small Pavement Works Framework. Suppliers will work collaboratively with the Council and the other Suppliers on the framework to deliver innovative pavement treatment schemes on the Council’s highway network with a construction value of up to approximately £150,000.00 per scheme.
