Blackpool Council is inviting tenders from potential providers with the relevant experience and technical ability to deliver a multi-disciplinary Consultancy Framework over various disciplines to support the following Council services (not an exhaustive list): Blackpool Council’s Highways department, the Enterprise Zone (including Silicon Sands) and Growth and Prosperity department, says ProContract.

• Lot 1 Highways Design
• Lot 2 Strategic Support for Highways & Structures
• Lot 3 Highways Traffic Signal Support

The expression of interest window is open now until noon on 13 July, with the contract expected to run for a year from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.
