The organisers of this year’s ITS World Congress in Dubai, ERTICO – ITS Europe have given details of how September’s event is coming together, as registration goes live and the team analyses technical programme proposals.

Wolfgang Höfs, ERTICO’s Congress Adviser who is advising on his first Congress since replacing the retired Prof Eric Sampson, expressed his “deep satisfaction” with the number and quality of the contributions: “All four thematic pillars of the programme are well addressed. Thanks to the great work of the submitters the programme will cover a broad range of topics from most recent technologies essential for the coming mobility transition to extraordinary deployment examples of such innovations all over the world. I am sure that we will experience a high-profile event in Dubai with many interesting and noteworthy sessions.” 

ERTICO has also promoted the range of exhibitors taking part, from congress regulars SWARCO, PTV Group, Vitronic, Kapsch and Bosch to Hikvision, Toyota and Denso.
