Highways News co-owner Paul Hutton has explained the concept and development of driverless cars to Jeremy Vine on Radio 2.

The eight minute interview was giving background to a new initiative in Milton Keynes called Fetch, where driverless vehicles, controlled by a remote operator, will take MK Dons footballers between their stadium and training ground.

The initiative, by Imperium Technology, aims to be a precursor to a wider service in the city.

Paul was asked to discuss development of driverless cars, their timescales and whether people would be comfortable travelling in them.
