The preparations for next year’s ITS European Congress in Lisbon are already underway, and the Congress team will share a few updates in the forthcoming Commercial Webinar taking place on Wednesday, 30 November, from 2-3pm UK time.

Organisations are being urged to register and join the Webinar to get a better grasp of what to expect, and ask questions about the event.

The Congress team will present different Exhibition options, including the schedule, prices, inclusions and offerings. Key features of the Sponsorship opportunities will also be discussed, such as the Prestigious Opening Ceremony, Plenary keynotes, speaking opportunities, venue branding, but also dedicated breakfast and networking sessions – to name a few examples.

Following these different engagement propositions, the Congress team is building a High-Level Programme with dedicated Plenary sessions under the theme ‘ITS: The Game Changer’. Stay tuned, the disclosure of the Plenary topics is coming soon!

The open Call for Contributions for the Technical Programme and the Call for Demonstrations are soon closing. The deadline to submit proposals is Friday 16 December 2022.
