Kier achieves record National Highways customer maturity score

Kier Infrastructure has achieved its highest-ever customer maturity score from National Highways.

The company received an overall score of 4.2 in the latest National Highways Supply Chain Customer Maturity Assessment, up from 3.8 in 2024 and 2.3 in 2020, moving Kier into the next maturity level for customer excellence and recognising ira focus on customers is now embedded across the entire business, whether delivering projects or engaging with communities.

Kier also received the highest possible rating for social value, stakeholder engagement and customer communications

The assessment highlighted improvements in customer governance, customer insight, reporting and performance management, workforce engagement and continuous improvement.

Laura Davis, customer experience and supplier practice lead at National Highways, commented:  

“Please pass on our congratulations to everyone involved. Achieving a score of 4.2 and progressing into the next maturity level is a fantastic accomplishment and reflects the continued commitment shown by Kier to improving customer experience and customer maturity.”​​
