Milestone Infrastructure’s Pagabo framework win is key to regional expansion aspirations

Milestone Infrastructure, an operating business of M Group Services’ Transport Division, has recently been awarded a place on the Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework that is key to its regional expansion aspirations.

Through the framework, Milestone has the opportunity to deliver engineering projects in the Midlands, South East and South West of England ranging from £500,000 to £30 million.

This is the first time Milestone has worked with procurement specialists Pagabo and the framework is in place until May 2026. Pagabo provides national frameworks for public and private sectors across the UK and aims to make procurement simpler for its clients.

Mark Driscoll, Senior Project Manager (Bids) for Milestone handles Milestone’s project bids across the UK. He said: “Securing a place on the Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework is a fantastic achievement for Milestone. To perform so well in the tender evaluation process where we were in first position for the majority of the 15 banded lots we applied for is a testament to all the hard work the team put into the bid.

“We had been following this opportunity for a year before the framework came to the market in late 2021. It is key in supporting our regional expansion aspirations.”

Milestone’s vision and values align with Pagabo’s commitment to delivering social value to the communities in which it operates.

Milestone offers social value to people in the communities in which it works by offering work experience and employment, mentoring initiatives, Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) learning as well as working with disadvantaged groups to provide more opportunities.

Mr Driscoll added: “We tailor our social value offering for each project and contract to meet the requirements of the communities in which we are working. We take pride in ensuring we leave a meaningful legacy behind that benefits each community for many years to come.”
