New Jenoptik Average speed cameras beside Loch Lomond are now being used for enforcement, after their installation earlier in the summer.
The cameras have been installed on a stretch of the A82 between Cameron House and Tarbet.
The local newspaper, the Lochside Press a Police spokesperson as saying: “The average speed cameras will be deployed on a temporary basis following an increase of speeds and injury collisions on the A82 between Luss and Tarbet.
“Speeds and injury collisions on the road will continue to be monitored during this period.”
