Torquay Group has announced its acquisition of CCTV and specialist electrical solutions provider P&D Specialist Services.

The acquisition, says the Torquay Group, will strengthen its capability to deliver fully integrated solutions across traffic management, infrastructure projects, and public safety.

P&D’s portfolio extends beyond highways into permanent safety camera systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, festive lighting, and specialist heat detection technology.

Chief executive officer, Torquay Group, Scott Paton, said:
