Redflex battles revenue drop in the US

The Australian speed camera manufacturer Redflex has seen its share price drop by a third thanks to a fall in revenue due to the Coronavirus crisis.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the company’s seen a loss in revenue because fewer drivers means fewer people speeding which impacts on the share the company receives.

It has also had a contract to install cameras in Pennsylvania halted due to a ban on roadworks in the state.
