Rochdale Borough Council is looking to establish a framework agreement for its in-house highways service support. The authority is currently seeking Requests for Information, and interested parties are requested to review the RFI document before populating and returning.

The Council’s in-house Highways service currently provides all the reactive highways and drainage works in the Rochdale area. The in house delivery teams are also delivering some capital projects, to facilitate the expansion of these projects the service requires increased specialist plant and labour, vehicles, equipment and traffic management support.
