Truvelo (UK) Ltd has appointed Calvin Hutt as its new Managing Director. Hutt had spent over 14 years within the business, including nine years as Sales and Marketing Director and his appointment marks the beginning of a major structural expansion aimed at positioning Truvelo as a premier global enforcement commercialisation partner.
Historically known for developing standalone speed-meters and traffic cameras, Truvelo (UK) Ltd is expanding away from the traditional hardware-only model under Hutt’s direction. The corporate pivot centres around a standardised, end-to-end framework designed to solve the “missing link” of operational deployment for global sensor manufacturers it identifies “best-of-breed” hardware globally across AI, radar, lidar, and acoustic sectors, full technical assessment, homologation, evidential robustness, and integration into our unique SAAS Violation Management System.
To successfully scale this new model, Truvelo has established a clear hierarchical chain of command. New Managing Director Calvin Hutt will oversee the company’s grand strategic trajectory, while Directors David de Beer and Luke Korcz take direct responsibility for day-to-day work, staff management, and divisional outputs. The business is now organized into four distinct operational units to enable efficient and manageable scaling.
