Costain has been awarded a £210 million contract by Highways England to upgrade the A30 in Cornwall.

The work will involve the upgrading of nine miles of road in north Cornwall including widening from single to dual carriageway as well as building new junctions, slip roads and bridges, with work to start later in the year.
