Derbyshire Specialist Aggregates is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the Cardiff-based distributor, Exo Supplies.
The acquisition, completed on 7 April 2025 strengthens the presence of the DALTEX brand in South Wales and complements the long established and successful DALTEX Trade Centre in Bridgend.
The combination of the two depots optimises supply and delivery services and improves service levels to customers, adding another convenient collection point in Cardiff. There will be no interruptions to service or deliveries and all customer contacts and buying processes will be unchanged.
John Harris will manage the new combined operation in South Wales and join as Business Development Director, South Wales. John has 15 years experience within the resin bound industry and has previously worked at Derbyshire Specialist Aggregates.

service into other areas.”
