Mapping business HERE is working with Enel Group to deliver a map detailing mobility trends across Coronavirus-struck Italy.

The solution uses connected vehicle sensors, nav systems, apps and government data to generate key indicators around percentage change in trips, variation in distance travelled, plus incoming and outgoing daily and weekly trips.

The info will be used better understand the impact of containment measures, identify areas that need more support in implementation, and then analyse the return to normality once all this is over.
