Morgan Sindall Highways managing director Paul Gott leaves business after 15 years

Paul Gott, Managing Director of Morgan Sindall Highways, has left the business.

Mr Gott was with the company for 15 years after joining Morgan Sindall as part of the Amec Projects acquisition in 2007. He was Managing Director of Highways at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure for more than four and a half years.

Mr Gott orginally headed up the energy business, then tunnelling and major projects before taking operational responsibility for the Highways business unit, reports Construction Enquirer.

A Morgan Sindall spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Paul Gott, managing director of our Highways business unit, has chosen to leave our business to pursue other opportunities.

“We would like to thank Paul for his contribution over the years and wish him well for the future.

“Simon Smith, managing director of Infrastructure, will lead the Highways business for the interim period whilst we recruitment for a new managing director.”
