Mott MacDonald, in partnership with Roughan & O’Donovan, has announced that it has been appointed to Iarnród Éireann’s Multi-Party Framework for Project Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services.
The framework, which has an estimated value of €600 million, covers advisory and design consultancy services across Project Management Procedures Phases 1-5. That includes developing the project scope, concept, feasibility and preliminary design through to supporting the planning and statutory process, detailed design and tendering. The framework has an initial term of five years, with the option to extend for a further three.
Through the framework, Mott MacDonald and Roughan & O’Donovan will provide multidisciplinary advisory and design expertise to support projects within Iarnród Éireann’s capital investment programme.
The appointment builds on Mott MacDonald’s support for Iarnród Éireann and reinforces its commitment to the future development of rail infrastructure across Ireland. Recent projects include the nation-wide CONNECT programme, the Glounthaune to Midleton Twin Tracking project and the Drogheda BEMU charging station.
