IMPACT Streetworks Solutions has been launched with a mission to change how the industry treats Streetworks compliance, moving it from a tick-box formality to a core part of project planning.
Founded in July 2026 by co-directors Lee Clark and Tom Eade, IMPACT Streetworks Solutions was created to give businesses a genuine partner for Streetworks compliance – one that combines real, on-site experience with modern tools built for the job.
Between them, Clark and Eade bring 15 years of combined hands-on Streetworks experience, having worked across statutory undertakers and management companies as well as tier one and tier two contractors. IMPACT helps clients manage permits, safe dig prints, and compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act 2004, while working to get Fixed Penalty Notices and Section 74 charges reduced or withdrawn.
At the centre of the offering is a live dashboard that pulls data directly from Street Manager, giving clients real-time visibility of their Streetworks KPIs and flagging urgent actions before they become missed deadlines or fines.
“I’ve been involved in too many conversations at the planning stage and beyond where I’ve been asked about what a company can get away with or what corners can be cut, rather than how to do the work safely and efficiently,” said Lee Clark, director and co-founder of IMPACT Streetworks Solutions.
“That approach doesn’t just risk fines – it damages relationships with local authorities, and worst of all, it puts the people doing the physical work at risk. Our whole approach is built to combat this and it’s based around 3 simple core values: Right way, every time, no exceptions- no cutting corners, whatever the pressure; Compliance – full accountability to the regulations that keep people safe; and Communication – clear, proactive contact with clients and local authorities, so nothing is left to chance.”
