The ADEPT (Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport) Live Labs 2 monthly blogs are continuing, with each of the seven projects providing a regular update, giving an overview on progress and sharing insights from their live lab.

North Lanarkshire’s project has written about the development of an ‘Innovation Funnel’, a framework focused on identifying, trialling and implementing new technologies and materials.

The Wessex Partnership’s blog talks about their progress, covering bio-resin footways, trials using equipment fuelled by a mix of hydrogen and vegetable oil, and developing tools for carbon analysis.

The blog from Greenprint highlights their recent work on verge surveys, biochar production trials and plans for in-situ road trials of biochar materials in 2025.
