National Highways is beginning safety repairs and maintenance to the Great River Stour bridge on the M20 near Ashford.
Work begins this evening (Friday 21 April) and will finish on the morning of Friday 5 May 2023. National Highways will be working at weekends and overnight on weekdays when there is less traffic. To carry out this work safely the M20 between junctions 9 and 10a will be closed during this time until the work is complete.
A signed diversion will be in place in both directions from the M20 junction 6 via the A229, M2, A2 and A20.
