The Highways UK Excellence Awards celebrate the vital work that keeps the UK moving, making journeys safer, smoother, and greener, finding innovative ways to tackle complex challenges, and fostering collaboration across the sector to get things done. Above all, the awards shine a spotlight on the extraordinary people behind these achievements whose dedication and vision drive the country’s infrastructure forward.

The organisers, Terrapinn, extend their thanks to the event’s sponsors, whose support makes this celebration of excellence possible: Buro Happold, Costain, McCann, Morson Edge, PACE-XL and Ringway.

Terrapinn also thank the prestigious panel of judges for their time, expertise, and careful evaluation of an exceptionally high standard of submissions.

Claudia Davidson, General Manager, Highways UK, said:

“We are proud to celebrate excellence once again and unite the sector to drive excellence. Highways UK extends its appreciation to every organisation and team who submitted an entry, with special recognition to all finalists and winners for their invaluable contributions to the highways industry.

“This year, we have worked in partnership with National Highways, adding the National Highways Chair’s Award, selected by Gareth Rhys-Williams in celebration of the entry that best demonstrates outstanding impact, collaboration and commitment to improving the UK road network.”
