Roadmaster to Launch Next-Gen Micro Pothole Repair Machine at LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival

Visitors to this year’s LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival will be among the first to see Roadmaster’s groundbreaking new SP200-FB Spray Injection Patcher – a next-generation machine designed to revolutionise how potholes are repaired in tight and hard-to-reach spaces.

Designed in response to customer demand, the SP200-FB is a compact, agile solution ideal for cycleways, footpaths, greenways, and narrow single-track lanes. With a cab width of under two metres and a compact wheelbase of just 3.4 metres, the machine is engineered to access locations that were previously unreachable using conventional equipment.

Weighing just 7.5 tonnes and featuring a tight 12.4-metre turning circle, the SP200-FB is designed for effortless manoeuvrability – making it ideal for urban environments, cul-de-sacs, and congested housing estates. Repairs are now faster, more affordable, and require just one operator – delivering unbeatable efficiency.

“Our clients consistently highlighted the challenge of repairing hard-to-reach areas, even with traditional crews,” said Donal McNamee, Managing Director of Roadmaster. “The SP200-FB is our answer – versatile, compact, lightweight, and truly unique. We’re confident it will revolutionise maintenance on small roads, cycleways, and footpaths, saving both time and money.”

Festival attendees can find Roadmaster at Stand 10 in the Outdoor Exhibitor Area.

The LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival takes place on 2-3 July 2025 at the NAEC Stoneleigh and will once again showcase cutting-edge innovation, thought leadership, and practical solutions in the highways and transport sector.
