LCRIG has announced that bookings are now open for Strictly Highways 2027, the 10th iteration of its flagship annual event.
The event will be returning to the Winter Gardens in Blackpool from 28-30 September 2027, bringing together local authorities, the Department for Transport (DfT) and the wider highways community for three days of networking, knowledge sharing, innovation and the event’s showpiece DfT Special Recognition Awards.
Following the success of this year’s event, we’re already preparing for Strictly Highways 2027 and look forward to welcoming the highways community back to Blackpool.
Opportunities are available for organisations looking to get involved as exhibitors and sponsors, providing a platform to showcase their solutions, connect with local authorities and engage with the people helping shape the future of local highways.

Charlotte Bromley, our Head of Events, said:
“Strictly Highways is always a highlight of our LCRIG calendar, and it was fantastic to welcome so many people from across the highways community to Blackpool once again. The quality of the speakers and the conversations taking place throughout the event really demonstrated the value of coming together to share knowledge and ideas.
“We’re delighted to have already received exhibitor rebookings and sponsorship enquiries for 2027, which is a really encouraging response so soon after this year’s event. We’re looking forward to building on the success of 2026 and welcoming everyone back to Blackpool next September.”
