Bus Users UK’s new Catch the Bus Month Partner Pack for 2026 is now live, giving organisations across the UK everything they need to get involved in this year’s national celebration of bus travel.
Catch the Bus Month (CTBM) runs throughout September and is led by passenger champion Bus Users UK and supported by bus infrastructure manufacturer Trueform.
Trueform’s sponsorship will help expand the reach and impact of the campaign which brings together operators, local authorities, community groups, charities, campaigners, governments and passengers. The campaign showcases the vital role buses play in strengthening communities, protecting the environment and driving economic growth.
Packed with fresh ideas, practical resources and customisable campaign materials, the free digital Partner Pack has been designed to make it easier than ever for organisations to get involved, engage their audiences and maximise impact.
New for 2026, CTBM Partners can access:
- A fresh suite of professionally designed campaign assets in English and Welsh
- Ready-to-use and customisable posters and social media graphics for all platforms
- New campaign and event ideas suitable for organisations of all types and size
- A toolkit to help generate media coverage
- Up-to-date facts and statistics highlighting the social, economic and environmental value of bus and coach travel

From large-scale campaigns to community events and high-impact social media drives, the Partner Pack provides practical tools and inspiration to help organisations celebrate buses and encourage more people to choose sustainable transport.
Launching the Partner Pack, Lydia Horbury, Chief Executive of Bus Users UK said:
“Catch the Bus Month goes from strength to strength, thanks to the incredible support of our Partners across the UK. For 2025, we’ve created our biggest and most dynamic Partner Pack yet, packed with fresh ideas, new resources and flexible campaign materials to help organisations make the most of the month.
“Whether you’re an operator, local authority, community group or government representative, there are countless ways to get involved. Together, we can champion better bus services, encourage more people to get on board and ensure buses continue to connect communities, support local economies and drive positive change.”
Jonathan Morley, CEO of lead partners Trueform said:
“Trueform is excited to be supporting Bus Users UK and sponsoring this year’s Catch the Bus Month. The bus shelter is the shop window for the bus service, a powerful marketing platform. Highly visible, shelters are the first and last touch point on the bus journey. The ‘customer experience’ begins and ends with the bus shelter. Investment in high quality roadside infrastructure is essential to transform customer perceptions and experiences of bus travel, which is proven to increase ridership and fare box revenues.”
