Kiely Bros joins Minister Group to create ‘Midlands Highways Hub’

Highway maintenance specialist, Kiely Bros, has joined Minster Group at its expanded headquarters near Lincoln to create a “Midlands Highways Hub”.

Road surfacing and civil engineering specialist Minster Group has expanded its Lincoln site to include new office premises for road and line marking specialist Kiely Bros.

Kiely Bros has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with the Minster Group. The service offerings of both companies complement each other to create a new Midlands Highways Hub., reports Business Desk.

Bruce Spencer-Knott, founder and managing director of Minster Group, said: “We have built the new office premises on our site for the Kiely Bros after they were previously renting a small office in the Minster Group headquarters. The new premises allows the Kiely Bros to have a much larger presence in Lincoln and enables us to form a new multi-service Highways Hub for a wide range of civil engineering works across the Midlands and beyond.

“We have collaborated with the Kiely Bros on a number of projects over the last five years including the recently completed A46 Welton Roundabout and the ongoing Term Maintenance Contract (TMC) we are delivering as part of the highways alliance with Balfour Beatty and Lincolnshire County Council.

“The new Highways Hub will allow us to carry on this partnership to continuously expand our service offering and capabilities on site.”
