Reach local authority decision-makers at the Innovation & Learning Festival

The LCRIG Innovation & Learning Festival brings together public and private sector professionals from across highways and transport technology – creating a unique space to learn, collaborate, and discover the latest advancements.

Taking place on 2-3 July 2025 at NAEC Stoneleigh, the event offers a packed programme of live demonstrations, CPD-accredited technical training sessions, and indoor and outdoor exhibitions, all designed to support learning, collaboration, and innovation across the sector.

Now in its 4th year, the festival provides a unique platform for local authorities, supply chain partners, and the wider sector to come together and help shape the future of highways and transport technology.

LCRIG offers fully funded places for public sector delegates, include accommodation, transport to and from the hotel to the venue, catering and refreshments. This is funded by revenue generated through sponsorship and exhibitor sales.

In 2024 the event attracted more than 600 delegates over the two days including 80 different highway authorities from across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as the Department for Transport (DfT), academia, industry associations, the supply chain and media.

Whether you’re a public sector professional looking to discover the latest advancements, or a private sector sponsor or exhibitor seeking meaningful engagement with key industry leaders, the festival offers invaluable opportunities for everyone.

Sponsorship packages, exhibitor opportunities and individual private sector delegate places are available. Find out more here.
